  • To assist you to have goals for our work together.
  • To work with you during appointments in a place suitable to our work together.
  • To regularly review the progress of our work together.
  • To demonstrate a commitment to work together.
  • To let you know in advance if an appointment must be rescheduled.
  • To respond to you in person or by telephone in a timely manner.
  • To be flexible in responding to your needs.
  • To involve family, friends and others, with your agreement, to support you.

What We Expect From You:

  • To respect the limits of personal contact outside of the workplace.
  • To provide required information.
  • To have goals for our work together.
  • To be able and ready to participate during appointments.
  • To refrain from substance use prior to and during appointments.
  • To demonstrate a commitment to our work together.
  • To let us know if you cannot keep an appointment. Failure to attend 3 appointments without 24 hours notice may result in discontinuation of service
